Sparkling Wine - Grand Reserve
Our Grand Reserve is a carambola based sparkling wine that was aged in French Oak. It is bone dry with a complex nose showing hints of coconut. The perfect balance of oak and creamy vanilla on the palate, finish off with a nice lingering aftertaste.
Sparkling Wine - Passion Fruit
The Sparkling Passion is semi-dry with hints of melon and strawberries in the nose. Refreshing tart-tangy mouth with a beautiful lingering finish that is begging for more passion.
Sparkling Wine - Lychee
The Sparkling Lychee is semi-dry with a tropical perfume nose. Citrus pears and lychee on te palete with a pleasant subtle finish.
Passion Fruit Wine
Distinctively unique, this is our most diverse wine. It has a wonderful lingering finish unlike any wine you've ever tasted. It's sweet, but also tart and tangy. The acidity in this wine balances perfectly with the sweetness to create a very refreshing experience. Great to enjoy with rich chocolate desserts and cheesecakes.
Guava Wine
Good things are worth waiting for. We have finally perfected our Guava wine and it is now available for purchasing. It is light bodied, refreshing and full of flavor. Our Guava wine has a big beautiful nose. It goes well with any kind of rice dish.
Lychee Wine
This South Floridian favorite is crafted from a small tropical fruit named Lychee. It has a very distinctive bouquet. When you open this wine, you know it's a Lychee wine.
Mango Wine
Our mango wine is a nice mid-range wine. The flavor of the mango doesn't push too hard and has a nice soft finish. You can compare it to a White Zinfandel. Pairs nicely with pasta, pork and fresh fruit.
Carambola Wine
Also known as the "star fruit", this tropical delicacy is known around the world for its exotic shape and crisp, juicy flavor. The aroma of this wine is similar to that of a typical pinot grigio, yet has a silky, cleansing-to-the-palate distinction. It is nicely balanced, producing a smooth, carefree wine.
Carambola Oak Wine
This is our newest wine. It's crafted by taking our already popular Carambola wine and aging it in French oak. The result is a smooth and sophisticated wine that exceeded our expectations. The new label design is still in progress, but we have gotten so much positive feedback from the tastings we've done that our VIP members have been asking us to release this wine early. Enjoy!
